Day #23 Wasps?

During our photography class field trip our teacher thought this was a wasp nest. When George looked at the picture he said, "Must have been some big wasps!" So is it a bird nest? Anyone know for sure?

    We have huge wasp nests like that all over up here at Avimor. We watched them build them and come in and out during warmer weather.
