| George's best estimate is that it is 6 - 7 feet about normal. And there is still a LOT of snow in the mountains. Portland had the wettest February on record. 12.18 inches in one month...that is more than Boise gets in a year! We are told that this is the most water since 1996! It's going to be an interesting spring! |
