Matt came to Portland to visit and brought our 'granddog' Jackson. Technically Jackson is Scott's dog but it didn't seem wise to move him to an apartment in his advanced years so Scott wisely sacrificed and allowed Matt to keep Jackson in our house in Eagle. Scott isn't suffering too much from dog withdrawal since his roommate Logan has a Golden Retriever named Gus. Gus and Jackson are good buds and we all enjoyed spending time together.

| We did have one 'dog-less' night at the movie and thoroughly enjoyed "Solo". Look at Scott! He agreed to pose for me and didn't even make a weird face! I have years of photo albums with Scott looking, well for want of a better word, interesting! |

| One evening we walked down by the St. John's bridge which is close to Scott's new apartment. I had never realized that there is a beautiful park right under the bridge. |

| On Memorial Day we loaded two ecstatic dogs into the car and drove to the coast. |

| Perfect day for a walk on the beach! |
 |

| What a wonderful day! I love the Oregon Coast, especially with all these guys to share it with! |
