Sunset at the Watering Hole

Just after we arrived at our lodge in Tsavo, we went on a drive.  The light was perfect and we were lucky again!
A herd of zebra and a lone elephant were making the trek across the savannah to the watering hole.
 Precious water!
I'm glad this lone bull elephant is here in the park and not out foraging for corn in the small gardens near our schools, terrifying kids and parents in the process.
Our guides in South Africa said that a high percentage of photos from safaris are 'butt shots'.
And here is another one. However zebra butts and water just work photographically!  I love this shot!
Sunset on the savannah!  I've never seen anything quite as magical!
