The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is providing prompts each day in December to help its members share the light of Christ with the world. Todays prompt is to 'Honor your parents with a phone call or a visit or a social media post.' How how I would like to visit with them or give them a call but since that isn't possible, here is my social media post.
I hit the jackpot with my parents. The gave me the gift of their time and attention . From them, I learned the importance of family! I learned how to serve my church and my community. Their examples molded me into the person I am. I am forever grateful for them and look forward to the day I will see them again. #lighttheworld
